Il progetto Comenius 1, attivato all’inizio dell’anno scolastico 2004/05
congiuntamente ai Paesi partner, si inserisce nella prospettiva di voler
perseguire lo scambio di esperienze, il confronto tra diversi punti di
vista e diverse culture e la realizzazione, nell’ambito della ordinaria
attività didattica, di uno spazio che favorisca la capacità di lavorare
in gruppo e l’apertura del gruppo classe alla dimensione europea.
1. Attività
realizzate all’interno del partenariato:

Attivazione di uno spazio web per incontri di
discussione, conservazione di materiali realizzati, profili di
specificità di ciascun Paese partner; |

Comenius-meeting
svoltosi nel periodo 29 Nov/4 Dic. 2004 presso il 1° Circolo
“Europa” di Barrafranca (EN), con la partecipazione di docenti e
dirigenti scolastici di Polonia, Austria, Spagna e Irlanda.
Visita alle classi, incontri con alunni, genitori e docenti ed
Autorità Comunali e Provinciali, visite guidate a siti
turistici-culturali della Sicilia. Workshop per la verifica
delle attività di partenariato e per la compilazione del modulo
Comenius di rinnovo 2005. |

Rappresentazione di favole, balli, musiche e
preparazione di dolci tipici irlandesi in occasione della festa
di San Patrizio, Patrono d’Irlanda. |
|
|
Visita alla Scuola della Direttrice e di una
docente della Scuola austriaca: esibizione del Coro e del Gruppo
Folkloristico della Scuola (9/14 maggio 2005); |
|
|
Allestimento, all’interno della Mostra-Mercato
della Scuola di due stands Comenius per rendere visibili al
territorio gli esiti e i prodotti realizzati; |
|
|
Realizzazione, da parte dei Paesi partner, di
giornate dedicate all’Italia e alla Sicilia in particolare con
lavori di ricerca su usi, costumi, folklore, cibi tipici,
musiche, danze e rappresentazioni teatrali su Pinocchio (quest’ultima
attività, svolta dagli alunni della Scuola polacca, recitata in
Italiano). |

Tutte le attività e i lavori eseguiti dall’Istituto Coordinatore e dalle
quattro Nazioni partner sono state rese visibili attraverso feste,
incontri con le famiglie degli alunni e articoli di giornale sui
principali quotidiani regionali. Il Dirigente Scolastico e lo staff di
direzione si sono occupati della pubblicizzazione e della disseminazione
delle attività sia all’interno del partenariato che in contesti
territoriali fuori dal partenariato.

Collaborazione tra i partner:

Documentazione
sistematica e monitoraggio delle esperienze attivate dai docenti
referenti delle scuole partner. Ruolo di coordinamento e
promozione delle attività a cura dei dirigenti scolastici dei
Paesi partner; |

La
comunicazione in inglese tra i partner è avvenuta via e-mail e
anche attraverso l’uso della chat nel sito della scuola; |
|
|
Significativi
si sono rivelati gli incontri con dirigenti e docenti partner
finalizzati al coordinamento delle iniziative e alla promozione
delle strategie organizzative sul progetto. Non sono stati
riscontrati ostacoli alla cooperazione tra i partner. |
4. Valutazione
congiunta delle attività del progetto e dei risultati:

Tra gli
aspetti più innovativi del progetto si segnala la realizzazione
di un archivio accessibile per via telematica (sito internet:
www.1circolo.it) per rendere fruibili anche in altri
contesti gli esiti delle varie esperienze. I significativi
elementi di successo riscontrati in questa prima fase, la
coerenza del percorso progettato e dei positivi risultati
raggiunti in relazione agli obiettivi prefissati, anche in
relazione alla ricaduta in ambito didattico, determinano la
piena intenzione a continuare la cooperazione con la richiesta
all’Agenzia Nazionale del rinnovo del progetto Comenius 1 2005. |

The Comenius Project 1, having begun at the beginning of the
scholastic year 2004/2005 together with the Partner countries, has a
prospective the desire to exchange experiences, confront different
points of view, and different cultures, and within the environment
of ordinary teaching activity, the realization of some space that
encourages the capacity to work in groups and therefore opening to
the class group, a European dimension.

teachers and both town and provincial authorities, guided
visits to the turistic cultural sites of Sicily. A workshop
to examine the activities of the partnership and in order to
compile the new Comenius Module for the renewal in 2005. |

the preparation of typical irish sweets on the occasion of
the feast of St. Patrick, the Patron of Ireland. |

Visit from the Headmaster and teachers from
Austria, to our school; chorus and folkloric group

Preparation within the display-market at the
school , 2 Comenius stands in order to show the various
accomplished products to the Sicilian territory; |

countries, days dedicated to Italy and Sicily, with
particular attention to research on the habits, customs,
folklore, typical food, music, dance and theatrical
presentations on Pinocchio (this last activity was held by
the Polish school, and recited in Italian). |

All
the activities and work accomplished by the Coordinating Institute
and by the four partner nations were made visible through
celebrations, encounters with the families of the students, and
through regional newspaper articles. The scholastic headmasters and
the organized staff realized the publication and the dissemination
of the activities both within the partnership and outside of the
territorial partnership.

Collaboration among the partner:

Systematic documentation and monitoring of
the experiences activated by the reffering teachers of the
schools partner. Role of the coordination and promotion of
the edited by activities the scholastic executives of the
countries partner; |

The communication in English among the
partners has happened by e-mail also through the use
of the chat in the web-site of the school; |
|
|
Meaningful the meetings are revealed with the
headmasters and teachers partner finalized to the
coordination of the initiatives and the promotion of the
organizational strategies on the project. Obstacles have not
been found to the cooperation among the partners; |

Joined evaluation of the activities of the project and results:

Among the most innovative aspects of the
project the realization of an accessible file is signalled
for by internet:
www.1circolo.it to make also enjoyable in other
contexts the results of the various experiences. The
meaningful elements of success found in this first phase,
the coherence of the projected run and the positive results
reached in relationship to the preset objectives, also the
relapse in didactic circle, they determine the full
intention to continue the cooperation with the request to
the National Agency of the renovation of the project
Comenius 1 2005. |
